Cancellation Policy

Prices listed for excursions, tours and day trips are per person, unless otherwise specified.
Prices quoted for private group transfers are per group.
Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.
All excursions are insured.

Prices do not include tips/gratuities, food or any drinks that are not listed under the “Inclusions” section on the product page.

Full payment is required to complete a booking.

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced.

Cancelling a booking will result in cancellation fees being applied as outlined below:

  • If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Occasionally we may need to make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and other product features and/or requirements.

Some of the tours and excursions may be weather dependant and could be cancelled at short notice. It is your responsibility to contact the office to check the excursion is running at least 24 hours prior to commencement.
If a booking is made within 48 hours of the excursion start date and time, then you must contact the office to confirm availability.

All excursions require a minimum of 4 persons to run unless a group or private excursion booking.
If this number is not reached you may be offered an alternative excursion, different date or a full refund.

We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to departure to protect your product purchase. If you cancel your trip or significantly alter travel dates, your travel insurance policy may reimburse the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses. Please review your travel insurance policy carefully for related terms and conditions.
